DTL provides legal advice and protects clients’rights and legal benefit in the disputes related to contract, civil, commerce, labour, administration, criminal affairs foreground Vietnamese Court or Arbitratoin.

1.         Researching strategy of dispute settlements.

-        Researching dossiers and Providing legal assistances about strategy of dispute settlements; analysing and assessing strong also weak points of the parties in the dispute;

-        Providing legal advice about method of dispute settlements;

-        Providing legal advice about procedures at the Court, Arbitratoin related to dispute settlements;

-        Providing legal advice about procedures and process in enforcement , implement the cases.

2.         Preparing dossiers for lawsuits.

-        Providing legal advice about essential steps related to the dispute; 

-        Providing legal advice, drafting and preparing legal dossiers to present to the Court or Arbitration;

-        Checking and Providing legal advice about relevant materials provided by the clients.

3.         Litigating at the Court and/or Arbitration

-        To assign lawyer intervening as authorized representative and/or Defense counsels of involved parties' legitimate rights and interests in civil, economic, labour and administrative cases at the Court and/or Abitration at all levels of judgement;

-        Assigning lawyer intervening as advocate for person putting in temporary detention, accused, defendant or Defense counsels rights and interests of other participants in the procedures
