Intellectual Property Law was approved by National Assembly on November 29^th 2005 and came into force on July 1^st 2006. Besides the particular regulations of Intellectual Property Law 2005, chapter XXXIV of Civil Code 2005 also mentions to the regulations about copyright and relevant rights. Being born of Intellectual Property Law made a big contribution to promote creative process to intellectual products and has been human resources, property resources – intellectual assets contributing to the development of enterprises, business organizations and individuals.
