Nowadays, many Vietnamese enterprises have mentioned to use legal services with many defferent forms in their business operations, in there lawyer’s fee and reward matters are noticeable matters, especially foreign lawyer’s fee, namely foreign lawyer’s fee in Vietnam is between 200-500 USD per working hour and it’s big expense and hard for domestic enterprises to ripen. For big size companies, they usually establish a legal department or private lawyer (lawyer in hourse) to consider and settle their legal matters. But the weak-point is making complicate organiztional struture of enterprises, making increase administrative expenses of enterprises, even some complicated legal events have not pleased enterprises.
