Law on enterprises 2005 was approved by National Assembly on November 29^th 2005 and came into force on July 1^st 2006, it replaced for Law on enterprises 1999, Law on State enterprises 2003 and Law on foreign investment in Viet Nam 1996, Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on foreign investment in Viet Nam 2000 about the matters related to enterprises administration organization.
